Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered.

  • Window: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories intact.
  • Non-returnable: for hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items can't be returned once opened (marked on the product page).
  • How to start: WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason; we'll arrange a pickup where available.
  • Refunds: once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Damaged or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost.
